Collaborate Sports engaged Sport Science Agency to support the development of its brand positioning, communications strategy and social media presence as the business scaled its mentorship offering for performance practitioners across sport.
As the business grew, there was a need to bring greater clarity and structure to how this value was communicated externally.
While the impact of the mentorship offering was strong, the way it was being presented did not fully reflect its depth, relevance or importance to the target audience. There was an opportunity to better define what Collaborate Sports represents, who it is for, and why it matters within the performance ecosystem.
